The Boltons

The Boltons is considered one of the best addresses in Central London.

There is a central communal garden with a church in it and the very large houses are semi detached mainly consisting of three-storeys (plus basement). They are enormous and have large front gardens and very large gardens at the rear. Some of them have off street parking. The central garden, which is split by the church, is maintained to a very high standard.

One of the nicest houses is the house at the south west corner, where Douglas Fairbanks Junior used to live. The house has a huge garden on the corner with Tregunter Road.
